Our heater pads are offered in polyester (PET), as well as silicone and polyimide for higher-temperature applications up to 200 °C (fixed-wattage only). ClearView™ LED Traffic Signal Visor Heating System
Caliente’s ClearView™ LED Traffic Signal Visor Heating System is a plug-and-play solution designed to prevent frost and snow buildup on LED traffic lights and signal visors, ensuring clear visibility in all weather conditions and supporting safer driving environments. The system uses peel-and-stick heaters that bond directly to the underside of the visor and connect to a control module capable of managing up to a five-section signal head. With industry-leading energy efficiency, the system activates only under specific temperature and humidity conditions that produce heavy, wet snow, delivering targeted heating exactly when and where it’s needed.

Caliente Pigtail Repair Wire Harnesses for Commercial Trucks
Caliente now offers a complete line of pigtail repair wire harnesses for commercial trucks, providing a fast, reliable solution for inoperable harnesses. Simply cut off the damaged pigtail and splice in the Caliente Pigtail Harness using the included butt splices in each kit.
Proudly made in the USA in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Caliente harnesses are built to UL electrical safety and quality standards, ensuring reliable performance and peace of mind.
